VoxElevation is a communication delivery analysis and coaching platform. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to use it for its intended purpose — uploading recordings, reviewing delivery analytics, and improving your communication. You must be at least 18 years old to use VoxElevation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You retain ownership of any recordings and content you upload. By uploading, you grant VoxElevation a limited license to process your content for the purpose of delivering the service — specifically, transcription, motion analysis, scoring, and coaching summary generation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use. We do not use your recordings to train AI models or share them with third parties.

VoxElevation provides delivery analysis and coaching feedback based on automated scoring. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in your communication, public speaking, or professional outcomes as a result of using the service. The scores, coaching summaries, and avatar videos are informational tools. They should be used as one input among many in your growth process, not as definitive judgments.

We aim to keep VoxElevation available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
