VoxElevation

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This policy explains what data VoxElevation collects, how it is used, and how you can control it. We aim to be straightforward — no legal maze.

What we collect

When you use VoxElevation, we collect the following: • Sermon uploads — MP4 video files you upload for analysis. • Scoring and analysis data — delivery metrics (energy, pacing, vocal dynamics, movement) computed from your videos. Transcripts are generated and stored alongside scores. • AI-generated coaching summaries — after a sermon is scored, you can generate a written coaching summary. These summaries are stored with your sermon record. • Avatar coaching videos — if you use the avatar coaching feature, we generate a short video using your coaching summary. These videos are stored and linked to your account. • Support requests — messages and contact details you submit through the support form. • Account information — your email address and any profile information you provide.

Cookies and preferences

VoxElevation uses cookies in the following categories: • Essential — required for the application to work. These include session tokens used to keep you logged in. You cannot opt out of essential cookies. • Analytics — if you opt in, we use PostHog to understand how the application is used in aggregate. • Personalization — if you opt in, we may use your usage patterns to tailor the experience. This is also not currently active but is included for future use. You can update your cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

Who can see your data

Your sermons, scores, transcripts, coaching summaries, and reflection notes are private to your account by default. No one else can access them unless you explicitly share a sermon using a share link. Share links give read-only access to a single sermon report. They can be revoked at any time. If you join a team, team members may see reports you choose to share within the team, depending on your sharing settings. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security — only your authenticated account can access your own records. Video files are stored in cloud object storage and are only accessible with your authenticated session.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. To delete a specific recording, open its report and use the delete option. This permanently removes the video, transcript, scores, and any coaching summaries for that recording. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us through the support page. We will process your request and remove all records tied to your account.
