Privacy & Data

How your recordings and data are stored, who can access them, and how to delete them.

Who can see my recordings?

Only you. Recordings are private by default. No one else can see your uploads, scores, transcripts, or reports unless you explicitly share them.

How sharing works

When you create a share link, that link gives read-only access to a single report. The person with the link can view scores, the coaching summary, and transcript — but cannot access any of your other recordings, your account, or your reflection notes. Share links can be revoked at any time and immediately stop working.

Teams and mentors

If you join a team, your team members can see your shared reports depending on your sharing level setting. You control this from the team settings page. Leaving a team removes your recordings from their view.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security. Only your user account can access your own rows. Video files are stored in cloud storage and only accessible with your authenticated session.

How to delete your data

To delete a specific recording, open its report and use the delete option. This permanently removes the video, transcript, scores, and any associated coaching summaries for that recording. To delete your entire account and all data, contact support. We will process account deletion requests and remove all associated records.

Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
