Getting Started

Go to the Upload page from the navigation bar. Choose your MP4 file, fill in the recording date, title, and any optional fields (theme, speaker, notes), then click Upload. VoxElevation will begin processing automatically. You can upload sermons, speeches, presentations, lectures, training sessions, or any communication recording you want coached.

VoxElevation accepts MP4 video files only. The maximum file size is 4 GB. If your recording is in a different format, convert it to MP4 before uploading.

Processing typically takes 10–20 minutes depending on recording length and current server load. You'll see a live progress indicator on the status page. You don't need to stay on the page — your results will be waiting on the dashboard when you return.

The dashboard shows all your uploaded recordings with their scores, processing status, and dates. Click any recording to open the full report. Completed recordings show your overall delivery score and a breakdown by category.

Open any completed report and click the Share button. You'll receive a private link your mentor can open without creating an account. You can revoke the link at any time from the same Share dialog. Mentors can leave comments on shared reports if you enable that option.

Open the report and use the delete option. Deletion is permanent — the video, transcript, and scores are all removed. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact support.
