Avatar Coaching

How AI-generated coaching summaries and avatar videos work.

What is avatar coaching?

Avatar coaching combines two things: an AI-written coaching script that summarizes your recording's strengths and areas for improvement, and an optional avatar video that delivers that script as a spoken coaching session. Think of it as a personalized coaching debrief generated automatically after each recording.

The coaching summary

When you open a completed report, the Coaching Summary section generates a short script based on your scores, metrics, and delivery patterns. The AI writes this specifically for your recording — not a generic template. It includes what went well and what to focus on next.

How to generate an avatar video

Once the coaching summary is ready, click "Generate Avatar Video" in the Coaching Summary section. The system creates a short video of an AI avatar delivering your coaching script. This takes a few minutes. You'll see a progress indicator while it runs.

Regenerating the coaching summary

You can regenerate the coaching summary up to 4 times per recording per 24-hour period. Regeneration creates a new version while keeping the previous one as historical reference. Generating a new avatar video requires a coaching summary to be ready first.

Limitations

Avatar coaching is based on your delivery data, not the content of your talk. The AI doesn't evaluate theology, topic quality, or scriptural accuracy — only measurable delivery dimensions like energy, pacing, and structure. The avatar video is a static generated clip and cannot answer follow-up questions. For interactive coaching, use the coaching summary text directly with a mentor or coach.

Why isn't the avatar video option available?

The avatar video option requires the coaching summary to meet a minimum quality threshold. If your recording data is very sparse (short clip, poor audio, many unmeasured dimensions), the summary may not have enough substance to make a meaningful coaching video. In that case, the text summary is still generated.
